※当日は混雑により電波がつながりにくいことが予想されます。あらかじめ【入場整理券画面】を表示させた状態でご来場ください。
※会場に充電できるスペースは設けておりません。必ず充電を十分になさってからご来場ください。
※各集合時間から遅れた場合は最後尾でのご案内になります。
※入場時にQRコードが表示できない、著しく読み取り・認証操作が困難な場合は入場できません。
※店内のお客様の状況により、ご予約頂いた時間を前後してご入店頂く可能性がございます。
※閉店時間の10分前までにお越しになられない場合はご入場いただけない場合がございます。
※事前予約期間での再入場はできません。
※1つの【入場整理券画面】につき、中学生以下の同伴入場は可能ですが、ご購入制限数は1名様分となります。
※お身体の不自由なお客様の付き添いの方は、当日現地にてスタッフまでお申し出ください。付き添いをされる方の人数はお一人様までとさせていただきます。
※天災・疫病の蔓延・不慮の事故などやむを得ない事情により、休業や営業時間が変更となった場合、 該当の入場枠は無効となります(他の日付の代替【入場整理券画面】の発行はいたしません)。
なお、その場合の来場にかかわる費用(交通費・宿泊費など)はいかなる理由におきましても補償いたしかねます。

ADMISSION & RESERVATIONS
To help reduce congestion, advance reservations will be required during selected admission periods.
During free-admission hours, visitors may enter without an advance reservation. Please note that numbered admission tickets may be distributed at the venue without prior notice during busy periods.

Reservation Limit
Each LivePocket account may reserve one time slot per day for up to four people (the person making the reservation plus up to three guests).
For example, if you have already reserved the 11:00 admission slot on October 21, you may not make another reservation for October 21. However, you may make reservations for other dates if spaces remain available.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ADVANCE RESERVATIONS
• Reservations will close once capacity for each date has been reached.
• Each person may make one reservation per day. Additional reservations may be made for other dates.
• Reservations may not be transferred. If the person who made the reservation is unable to attend, another person may not use the reservation in their place.
• Resale of reservations through private sales, auction websites, or other third-party platforms is strictly prohibited.
• Each admission QR code may only be used once. Please handle it carefully.
• Once your reservation has been completed, your admission QR code will be displayed on your LivePocket account page.
• A free LivePocket account is required to make an advance reservation.
• Reservations cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed, and admission QR codes cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
• Please carefully read all information and conditions on the reservation page before booking.
INFORMATION FOR YOUR VISIT
• Your admission QR code will be scanned upon entry. Identification may also be requested depending on the circumstances.
• Please display the admission QR code on your smartphone when you arrive.
• Visitors without a smartphone should print their admission QR code in advance and bring the printed copy with them.
• Mobile reception may be limited due to congestion. We recommend opening your admission QR code on your device before arriving at the venue.
• Charging facilities will not be available at the venue. Please make sure your device is sufficiently charged before your visit.
• Visitors arriving after their designated meeting time may be asked to join the end of the admission line.
• Visitors who are unable to display a valid QR code, or whose QR code cannot be properly scanned or authenticated, may not be admitted.
• Depending on congestion inside the venue, admission may take place slightly before or after your reserved time.
• Visitors who do not arrive at least 10 minutes before closing may not be admitted.
• Re-entry is not permitted during advance-reservation admission periods.
• Children of junior high school age or younger may enter with an accompanying adult without requiring a separate admission ticket. However, they will not be counted separately for merchandise purchase limits.
• Visitors who require assistance due to a disability may speak to staff at the venue. One accompanying support person will be permitted.
• In the event that the store is closed or its opening hours are changed due to natural disasters, epidemics, unforeseen accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances, affected reservations will become invalid. Replacement admission reservations for another date will not be issued.
• Transportation, accommodation, and other expenses related to visiting the venue cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances.
• Trading or exchanging merchandise between visitors, as well as activities that cause groups of people to gather in or around the venue, are prohibited.
MERCHANDISE PURCHASE INFORMATION
• An admission reservation does not guarantee the availability or purchase of any merchandise.
• Each visitor is limited to one transaction per visit.
• Purchases for the purpose of resale are prohibited.
• Returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective merchandise cannot be accepted. Please check your items, quantities, and change at the time of purchase.
• Defective merchandise may be exchanged for a replacement within one week of the purchase date. A valid receipt is required.
• Payment may be made by cash, credit card, or electronic payment methods.
• Depending on network conditions affecting payment terminals, credit cards or electronic payment methods may temporarily be unavailable. In such cases, visitors may be asked to pay in cash.
